Lamb heart is a great source of vitamin C, iron, zinc, selenium and B vitamins such as B2, B6, B12, and folate. The heart is especially rich in CoQ10, which is vital for mitochondrial health and energy production.

Our lamb heart is locally sourced from Shepherd’s Cross. The lamb are pasture-born and raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished. They are never given antibiotics or hormones.
